LAPA – Limpet for aquaculture and for pâté
It aims to promote and value the gastronomy of limpet Patella, contributing to the diversification of the species captured and to the emergence of new companies. Characterizing and evaluating the production potential of the limpet in aquaculture, as well as its valorisation by providing a nutritional/functional and economic value with the development of an innovative product (pâté), has as complementary objectives the cultivation in conditions of captivity, reproduction and growth of Patella limpet.
