MoreMedDiet – More on the adoption of a healthy Mediterranean diet

Abstract/Aim
The main objective of this project is to improve adherence to the consumption of traditional Mediterranean diet by designing nutritious, healthy and attractive MedDiet recipes to increase the availability and accessibility of this type of food, considering their opinions and ideas and raising awareness of the overall benefits of MD.
