Promoting Creativity and Innovation Management in an innovative blended learning and validation programme at the interface between higher education (HE) and business, CIM. With an innovative, self-directed learning method, CIM will develop and pilot an approach based on a long-term partnership of academia, business and educational partners. The traineeships will involve students from 6 universities that will work along a project management structure and self-directed learning approach; each trainee has to plan, develop and assess his/her project, which leads towards at least one of the above key competences, to be validated and connected to European validation and certification instruments.
